  • Child activity leaders spend time with children (from infants to generally under six years old), while parents are nearby playing with their other children, chatting with a family support worker, or having a quiet cup of coffee nearby. Leaders are expected to: check in and work with staff and volunteers, to meet the needs and ensure the safety of children in their care, facilitate the orderly enjoyment of snack, be aware of allergies (or any other pertinent information) of any of the children participants, clean up the play area after group, have fun! play! sing! dance! create!
