- Counsellors at Camp Thunderbird work with children ages 6-14. Throughout the summer their primary focus is on camper care. Counsellors create fun opportunities for growth using the programs and activities available. Some activities at Camp Thunderbird are: camping, kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, archery, arts and crafts, mass games, nature programs, high ropes, teambuilding and swimming. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with kids. Working at camp provides volunteers with valuable life skills and an unparalleled opportunity to practice initiative and demonstrate responsibility. Volunteers frequently return in following summers for paid positions. Minimum age for this position is 17.

- Staff training runs June 26-July 1. Our summer programs run July 4-August 27. We are interested in staff willing to work full time for all or part of the summer. This is a live-in position.
